Sales reps (closers) - CA & FL, Must have Valid HIS & experience selling
Sales Managers - CA & FL, must have managerial and sales experience
Field Marketing Managers - CA & FL, Must have managerial exp, no sales exp required
Customer service specialist - Virtual, 1 + year customer service experience preferred
Videographer/Photographer - CA 2+ years of work experience in Photo/Video
COO - 2+ years experience at an executive level preferred
VP of Recruiting - 2+ years recruiting at a high volume level

Profit Share - We built a profit share pool for all our regional managers to earn each quarter. No smoke no mirrors, our leaders earn profit from each and every single install company wide.

Weekly Pay - We payout each Friday for deals that have reached the M1 or M2 Phase.

Every Monday we do a national sales call with the entire company, On the first Monday of each month we release a full range of incentives for that month. Our incentives range in value from $100-10,000! On top of our monthly incentives every summer we do a company wide compition across three months for a Rolex! Incentives are supposed to be fun and make a job that we all enjoy already that much more enjoyable and so we try to keep that in mind here in crafting our incentives and challenges!
Spring and Fall, Twice a year the top performers from Season 2 Energy will be invited on an all expences paid trip, to basc in the glory of there accomplishments as-well as take advantage of an invaluable opturnity to network and share knowledge amaogest eachother. Every retreat will also have a sales mentor dinner with keynotes speakers coming from the greater sales and marketing industry at large. Our Next company trip will be to Japan in Janruary 2024.
